FREE Networking Event

August 17, 2017

Join us for our new “Featured Funder” spotlight!  No speeches or lectures, just a chance to chat informally with a wide variety of funders from throughout the Lehigh Valley.

Please note that this is not an opportunity for a personal philanthropic ask, but an opportunity to learn more about funding priorities, processes, deadlines, and decisions.

We are pleased to welcome our August Featured Funders:
Marc Rittle and Cassaundra Amato from the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley!

Our Featured Funders:

Marc Rittle is Vice President of Impact at United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley.  Marc brings a decade of community investment and impact experience from the United Way network.  He has been with the Lehigh Valley United Way for six years following four at United Way of Metropolitan Chicago. He is a recognized expert in assessment, measurement and strategy for community change and has demonstrated an ability to lead both internally and externally. Before joining the United Way, he taught sociology in Chicago.  Marc holds a master’s degree in sociology from Northern Illinois University.

Cassaundra Amato has over seven years of experience in measurement and evaluation of philanthropic services, both locally and nationally. Significant contracts include the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Atlantic Philanthropies, and California’s Office of the Governor. She currently works as the Assistant Director, Measurement and Evaluation at United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley. Through data management, analysis, and evaluation of investments, she works to ensure progress toward the United Way’s 2022 Lehigh Valley Community Goals in the areas of Education, Food Access, and Healthy Aging. Cassaundra holds a social science master’s degree from the University of Leeds in England.
