Marcella Moyer Schick, MA, ACFRE, CAP, is President and Owner of MMS Advancement Associates LLC. MMS Advancement helps nonprofit organizations grow stronger through comprehensive services including fundraising, strategic planning and management consulting. Marci joined the firm in 2010, when it operated as Farr Associates Consulting LLC.
Marci has over 30 years of experience in fundraising and constituent relations in higher education, healthcare and human services. Prior to becoming a consultant, Marci was vice president for institutional advancement at Phoebe Ministries, which she served for 13 years. She also worked for her undergraduate alma mater Muhlenberg College for more than 10 years as assistant vice president for development and director of alumni relations and the annual fund.
Marci was the 87th person to receive the designation Advanced Certified Fundraising Executive (ACFRE). She also earned the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) credential through the American College. She is an AFP master teacher and a Standards for Excellence Pennsylvania licensed consultant. In 2009, Marci was named the Outstanding Fundraising Executive by the AFP Eastern PA Chapter. She holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Marci is actively involved in AFP on the international level, serving on the Next Generation Committee. She recently completed a two-year term on the International Fundraising Conference Advisory Committee.
Molly Kranzley Driscoll,CFRE, Major & Planned Giving Officer for Phoebe Ministries has been with Phoebe for nearly twelve years and serving in the non-profit community for over 15 years. In her current role, she supports the organization’s major and planned giving fundraising efforts through personal outreach and relationship building. She is also responsible for Phoebe’s two major fundraising events, the annual golf tournament and the Phoebe Institute on Aging Benefit. She has also served as the organization’s grant writer, provided database oversight and led annual fund and stewardship efforts. She is a past AFP Eastern PA Chapter board member and currently serves on the NPD Communications Committee.

Please note: Coffee and water will be provided throughout the day; however, lunch will be on your own. The University Food Court will be open or there are several restaurants in the area.
